Your upcoming pending reservation will be canceled if we do not receive a required picture of the credit card holder’s ID, a signed rental agreement, and a $600 security deposit within 24 hours of booking. Also, we highly recommend guests to purchase trip insurance from the moment guest books to cover last minute cancellations. No pets and no smoking is allowed on this property.
